A member of the Paris Bar since 2004, Anne-Lise Puget handles both transactional and litigation aspects of individual and collective employment law matters; as well as criminal employment law matters.
She assists clients across an array of sectors, including the finance/asset management, entertainment, transport, education, pharmaceutical, beauty and wellbeing, consulting, and IT sectors, in France and internationally.
She also works on transactions involving the firm’s Corporate, Tax, Litigation, IP/IT, Finance, and Restructuring departments.

Anne-Lise is a graduate of University of Orléans (Master’s in Private Law), the University of Northumbria (Newcastle) (LLM in English Law), the University of Rennes I (DEA in Private Law), and of the ESSEC business school (specialized Master’s in International Business Law and Management). She is a member of EELA (European Employment Law association).
Before joining Bersay in 2010, Anne-Lise worked at several law firms in Paris, including Herbert Smith LLP and Kramer Levin Naftalis and Frankel.

Carve-out and sale of part of its activities, monitoring of the transfer of the concerned employees, including protected employees (negotiation with the acquirer’s counsel, identification of risks, determination of the steps to be taken to implement the operation, establishment and monitoring of a timetable, preparation of documents relating to the consultation of staff representatives, drafting of documents for the attention of the labor inspectorate).
Management of disputes related to URSSAF adjustments.
Management of the legal disputes with their transactional and collective negotiations with their employees and former executives or senior managers, and the latter’s counsels. The issues include in particular the social protection of employees, discrimination, harassment, French and European rules relating to variable compensation, working time, unfair competition, the drafting and negotiation of employee savings agreements, etc.
Creation and implementation of rules imposing respect for the principles of equality and parity on their commercial partners and service providers, the management and protection of employees’ personal data, the negotiation of managing packages, the drafting of contractual clauses for the protection of the interests of the Companies (non-competition, non-poaching, intellectual property), the drafting and negotiation of employee savings agreements, etc.
Training for managers to make them aware of the fundamental rules of labor law and economic risks related to their violation (moral and sexual harassment, working hours, breaches of contract, discrimination, procedures, disciplinary, management telecommuting).
