BERSAY advises Perspecteev on its series A fundraising
BERSAY advises Perspecteev, on its serie A fundraising dedicated to Bridge, its B-to-B branch, carried out with Truffle Capital and the Groupe BPCE.
The transaction marked the entry into the capital of Perspecteev of the new investors Truffle Capital, a European venture capital company, and the BCPE Group, the 2nd largest banking group in France. This financing will enable Bridge to strengthen its position as leader in Open Banking in France, to conquer new market segments and to continue its international expansion.
This investment was preceded by the exit of Perspecteev’s historical shareholders (including Génération NewTech (Oddo), Omnes and CommerzVentures) and the partial transfer of Perspecteev’s B-to-C branch to Bankin’.
