Over the past 15 years, Martin Tissier has acquired recognized expertise in the field of the territorial coverage of electronic communications and more specifically actions by subnational authorities to expand digital coverage across the entire country. He has contributed to defining and setting up nearly thirty public initiative networks, be they cable networks, collection networks or FTTH/FTTB-type service networks. In the 2020 and 2021 editions of Legal 500 EMEA, the team was rated Tier 2 in Telecoms.
