Alongside the firm’s Banking, Finance & Regulatory team, we assist fintech companies on the public-law side of their regulatory environment.
The practice is led by Julien Anfruns, former Member of the Conseil d’État, ENA and Sciences Po graduate and certified CSRD auditor. Clients gain a first-hand understanding of how public decision-makers and administrative judges reason. Advice is provided in French, English, German and Spanish.
We also represent clients before administrative courts, and secure negotiated outcomes through settlement, mediation and conciliation. Non-profit organisations and endowment funds rely on us for their structuring and governance.
