Fund Structuring

The Fund Structuring team is led by Stéphanie Alexandrino, member of the Paris and Luxembourg Bars.

The team has recognised expertise in the structuring of French and Luxembourg private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds, co-investment funds, funds of funds and dedicated funds.

The team advises on the incorporation and approval of portfolio management companies and investment companies, as well as any issues relating to their operating conditions of relating in particular interest scheme, co-investment arrangements and the distribution in France of their investment funds or structured products.

Stéphanie also intervenes in the context of LBO, acquisitions and spin-off of regulated management companies.
