Koskas
A member of the Paris Bar since 2007, Charles Koskas is a partner in the Real Estate department.
Charles advises his clients on major sales and purchases of buildings (offices, retail, hospitality) or companies with real estate underpinnings, as well as on real estate due diligence and asset management, for French and foreign investors and industrial and commercial groups.
He is also a “real estate transaction agent” and negotiates the sale of real estate assets. Charles has also developed expertise in negotiating and drafting commercial leases and in construction law.
Charles is a graduate of University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (DESS in Real Estate Law), and of University Paris II (Master II in Business Law and Taxation). He is also a graduate of the CNAM – National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (ICH, Real Estate Law and Economics).
Before joining Bersay in 2020, Charles worked at Norton Rose, Heenan Blaikie and Eversheds, then at DWF as a partner.
