The lawyers in the Energy Law Department assist their clients in structuring energy infrastructure projects, from their construction to their operation and eventual dismantling.
The team advises industrial companies, producers, and energy suppliers on the structure of their projects and the drafting of contractual documentation in the biogas, solar, wind turbine, and hydrogen sectors. The team also assists its clients in the regulatory aspects of their projects.
Xavier MARCHAND is vice-president of the Biogaz Vallée, which aims at federating and supporting the actors of the methanization sector. The team is currently participating in the AFNOR working group on CPPA.
