The lawyers of Bersay’s Real Estate and Construction Department offer their clients a range of skills enabling them to deal with the most complex issues.

The team is particularly involved in real estate investment, financing and assistance with the drafting and negotiation of leases, both for landlords and tenants.

The team has in-depth knowledge of the rental markets of offices, warehouses, logistics, shopping centers and commercial premises.

The department also assists national and international investors in the acquisition or sale of real estate or real estate portfolios across all asset classes. Finally, the real estate team advises and assists its clients in terms of construction, real estate development and drafting of contracts (delegated project management contract, CCAP, general contractor contract, etc.), but also in the management of their sites.
