Magda
Gillaux
A member of the Paris Bar since 2019, Magda Gillaux’s practice is focused on the litigation of business disputes in judicial and arbitral fora, as well as on criminal business law.
She counsels French and foreign companies during pre-litigation or litigation, before the French civil and commercial courts or in the context of domestic or international arbitration. She also assists the firm’s clients with their criminal business law matters.
Magda is a graduate of University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Professional Master II – Corporate Legal Advisor and In-House Corporate Lawyer (DJCE)) and is a registered with the Paris Bar as a public defender.
Before joining Bersay, Magda worked for close to four years at 16 Law in Paris. She has also interned in the litigation departments of U.S. and UK law firms.
