Otkhmezuri
A member of the Paris Bar since 2022, Guka Otkhmezuri works in all areas of intellectual property, new technologies and data protection, as well as in distribution, press and media law.
Guka advises and represents tech startups as well as French and foreign corporates in various sectors such as the telecommunications, technology, publishing, audiovisual, luxury, and energy sectors.
Guka graduated from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University (with a Master II in Electronic Commerce and Digital Economy Law and a Master II in International Private and Business Law).
Before joining Bersay, Guka carried out several internships in the legal departments of companies, working with the data protection team at ADP (Automatic Data Processing); the Global Regulatory team at eBay and as a privacy consultant at TNP Consultants.
He carried out his final internship at Bersay in the IP-IT and Data Protection team, and stayed on at the firm as an associate.
