Manuela
Bitton
A member of the Paris Bar since 2013, Manuela Bitton is Of Counsel in Bersay’s tax department.
Manuela has specific experience in transactional taxation, including tax structuring of LBO and M&A transactions. She assists French and foreign management teams in the structuring of their investments.
Manuela also has significant experience with tax inspections and with tax litigation.
Manuela is a graduate of University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master II in Tax Law). She is a member of the Institute of Tax Lawyers (I.A.C.F) and the International Fiscal Association (I.F.A).
Before joining Bersay, Manuela began her career at the legal department of a real estate group. She then worked for the tax department of DJP Law firm, and came over to Bersay together with Jouan’s team in 2018.
