A member of the Paris Bar since 2002, Nathalie Cerqueira handles both transactional and litigation aspects of individual and collective employment law matters; as well as criminal employment law matters.

Labour and Employment Law

She assists clients across an array of sectors, including the education, transport, diplomacy, food, IT and publishing sectors, in France and internationally.

She also works on transactions involving the firm’s Corporate, Litigation and Restructuring departments.

Nathalie is a graduate of University Paris X-Nanterre (dual undergraduate degree in law with a major in Spanish law, Master’s in Private Business Law, DEA in Business Law). She is a member of EELA.
