A member of the Paris Bar since 1988, Frédéric Lecomte specializes in new technology law, privacy law, and distribution law.

He advises companies in France and abroad (mainly U.S.-based clients).
Frédéric assists his clients on Internet, cyber security and personal data matters in view of GDPR compliance. He regularly authors articles on personal data, the GDPR and cyber-security in international publications.
In the area of distribution, he advises on the negotiation and drafting of IT contracts; the implementation of solutions and platforms for companies in the FinTech and MedTech sectors; the drafting of trademark, manufacturing or know-how license agreements in various industry sectors (food, fashion); and on the implementation or restructuring of distribution networks.
Frédéric is also active in litigation. He assists his clients in IT litigation and pre-litigation (infringement, product liability, contractual liability) and commercial litigation (contractual liability, wrongful termination) before the French courts and international arbitration bodies.
Frédéric is a graduate of University de Tours (DESS in International Trade Law).
Before joining Bersay, Frédéric worked as a partner at Stehlin & Associés for twenty-three years, after an initial five-year stint with Coudert Frères law firm.
