Bersay expands its activity with the arrival of a fourth partner in the IT, IP and Data Protection Department
Bersay continues to grow with the arrival of Bradley Joslove as a partner in the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Data Protection Department, boosting the firm’s IT-IP practice alongside partners Frédéric Lecomte, Claire Poirson and Martin Tissier.

Bradley Joslove is a member of the Paris and Washington, D.C. bars and is recognized as one of the leaders in France in digital law. He advises French and international companies on IT, cloud computing, digital transformation, AI and machine learning projects; as well as on issues relating to data protection and security, outsourcing, e-commerce and electronic communications. Bradley also advises on the encryption regulatory regime and export control of dual-use items.
Prior to joining Bersay, Bradley Joslove practiced in Washington D.C. and Paris with Baker McKenzie, Salès, Vincent & Associés and Franklin law firms. Then, he worked at C3.ai, a leading global provider of Artificial Intelligence, IoT and Big Data applications, as Vice President and General Counsel for Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2020, he founded his own law firm, Joslove Digital Law, dedicated to digital law. Bradley is a graduate of Harvard Law School (Juris Doctor) and the Universities of Kansas and Bordeaux (Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science).
