Admitted to the Paris and Luxembourg Bars, Stéphanie Alexandrino, is the Partner in charge of the Fund structuring department. She advises investment funds, management companies and managers, in particular French and Luxembourg alternative investment funds, as well as French and foreign investors in the context of their investments and/or divestments.
She assists French and foreign clients on legal and regulatory issues in connection with the creation, structuring, management and marketing of investment funds, in particular French and Luxembourg private equity funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, debt funds, co-investment arrangements, funds of funds and dedicated funds.
Stéphanie also intervenes in the context of the incorporation and approval of portfolio management companies and investment companies, as well as on any issues related to their operating conditions of relating in particular to carried interest scheme, co-investment arrangements and distribution in France of their investment funds or structured products. Stéphanie also intervenes in the context of LBO, acquisition or spin-off operations of regulated management companies.
Before joining Bersay, Stéphanie was responsible of the fund structuring practice within a major US law firm in Paris and worked several years previously within leading French and Luxembourg law firms.

Stéphanie was part of the team that advised IDI during its acquisition of a minority stake in Omnes Capital and the setting-up of idiCo, a new portfolio management company majority controlled by the IDI. Stéphanie was in charge of the regulatory aspects relating to the operation.
