A member of the Paris Bar since 2022, Lynda Abramov is an associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency department. She assists her clients in resolving their issues regarding prevention, restructuring, handling difficulties, and litigation.
Lynda assists and supports French and international economic actors in diagnosing and managing their difficulties or those of their partners, mastering both amicable and judicial aspects.
Lynda is a graduate of the University of Cergy-Pontoise (Master II DJCE – Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise).
Prior to joining Bersay, Lynda worked at the business law firm Coblence Avocats, then at the law firm Lamoure Rivals specialized in restructuring.
