A member of the Paris Bar since 2013, Juliette Bour’s practice focuses on pre-insolvency, insolvency proceedings, and debt restructuring.
Juliette assists lenders, investors, shareholders, debtors, buyers and creditors whether in an amicable or judicial context. Over the past years, she has developed solid experience in preventive pre-insolvency and collective insolvency proceedings involving restructuring plans and the handling of complex corporate rehabilitation situations in a broad range of industries.
Juliette also handles the litigation aspects of insolvency, collective insolvency proceedings, and commercial matters.
Juliette is a graduate of University Panthéon-Sorbonne de Paris I (Master 2 in Research in Financial Law) and of University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 1 in Business Law). She concurrently earned a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School in Lille (2011).
Before joining Bersay in 2021, Juliette worked for 8 years in top-tier restructuring law firms: the restructuring and litigation department of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, and Santoni, a French boutique law firm specialized in restructuring, complex rehabilitation situations and litigation.
