Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Héloïse practices in technology law.
She advises French and international clients on the negotiation and implementation of complex technology agreements, digital transformation projects, regulatory compliance, and technology-related disputes, both in France and internationally.
Drawing on experience gained at Hoche Avocats, Ayache, and Cohen & Gresser, she assists clients across a wide range of industries in addressing issues relating to digital transformation, data protection, intellectual property, and innovation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Strasbourg, and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Law and Philosophy from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
