A member of the Paris Bar since 2022, Christophe Staquet’s practice is focused on the litigation of business disputes in judicial and arbitral fora.
He assists French and foreign companies in pre-litigation or litigation, before the French civil and commercial courts.
Christophe is a graduate of the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Professional Master II – Corporate Legal Advisor and In-House Corporate Lawyer (DJCE)).
Before joining Bersay, Christophe completed several internships in the litigation departments of American and British law firms such as Clifford Chance, Orrick and Quinn Emmanuel in Paris; and Linklaters in Luxembourg.
