A member of the Paris and Washington, D.C. bars, Bradley Joslove is recognized as one of the leaders in France in digital law.
He advises a French and international clientele on IT, cloud computing, digital transformation, AI and machine learning projects; as well as on issues relating to data protection and security, outsourcing, e-commerce and electronic communications. Bradley also advises on the encryption regulatory regime and export control of dual-use items.

Bradley is a graduate of Harvard Law School (Juris Doctor) and the Universities of Kansas and Bordeaux (Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science).
Prior to joining Bersay, Bradley Joslove practiced in Washington D.C. with Baker McKenzie, and then in Paris with Salès, Vincent & Associés and Franklin law firms. Then, he worked at C3.ai, a leading global provider of Artificial Intelligence, IoT and Big Data applications, as Vice President and General Counsel EMEA. In 2020, he founded his own law firm, Joslove Digital Law, dedicated to digital law.
