New governance for Bersay law firm
To support its strong growth, Bersay has decided to strengthen its governance and take a new step forward.
A governance responding to a change in dimension
After recruiting a General Secretary, Olivier Cebrian a few months ago, and creating an Executive Committee of five partners, the change in governance continues with the unanimous appointment of Frédéric Lecomte as the new Managing Partner. He will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of the firm’s strategic decisions.
…and to the market challenges of tomorrow
At a time when consolidation in the business law firm sector seems to be accelerating, Bersay has chosen to respond with solid, structured governance to make a major shift.
Jérôme Bersay, as Founding Partner, is now fully focused on the firm’s business challenges, the management of certain files and the firm’s international development.
Jérôme commented: “I am delighted with Frédéric’s appointment as a Managing Partner. His commitment, natural leadership and diplomacy are essential assets to help Bersay continue and accelerate its growth. In today’s fast-paced world, it was inevitable that I would focus my energy and determination on serving our customers and the firm’s international development.”
Frédéric Lecomte, partner in the firm’s Digital and Commercial Law department since 2021, is keen to pursue his ambitions for growth and innovation.
Frédéric added, “I’m delighted to take on the role of Managing Partner of Bersay law firm in this context of change of dimension.
As with any rapidly growing company, the economic and technological challenges are crucial, and the human challenges numerous. Drawing on the firm’s excellent professional expertise, I intend to focus my efforts on ensuring that our teams implement the best tools to serve our clients in an improved working environment, and thus give us the capacity to pursue our development on both the domestic and international markets”.
