Julie Molinié Joins BERSAY’s Distressed Companies and Restructuring Team as Partner
The BERSAY law firm announces the arrival of Julie Molinié as a partner effective July 1, 2024. With 15 years of experience in restructuring, prevention, and handling business difficulties, she will bolster a team dedicated to restructuring alongside Jérôme Bersay, Frédéric Flatrès, partners, and Guy Elmalek, Honorary President of the Paris Commercial Court.
Julie Molinié advises and assists French and international economic actors in analyzing and resolving their difficulties and those of their partners, mastering all aspects of amicable and judicial procedures. She has also developed recognized expertise in business law litigation and insolvency proceedings.
A member of the Paris Bar since 2009, Julie Molinié began her career in 2007 at CBF, Judicial Administrators. She joined RACINE law firm in 2008, where she evolved for 15 years to the position of Counsel, contributing to the development of the Restructuring department before joining BERSAY in July 2024 as a partner.
Holder of a DESS in Business Law and a DJCE diploma, Julie Molinié serves as co-president of the Distressed Companies Commission at the Paris Bar Association and teaches at EFB Paris, where she is responsible for courses in the distressed companies program. She is also engaged in various professional associations such as the Association for Business Turnaround (ARE), Women In Restructuring (WIR), and the Association of Young Restructuring Professionals (AJR).
