Bersay continues its expansion with the creation of a “Fund structuring” department led by new partner Stéphanie Alexandrino
In line with its growth strategy which has led to the recent creation of the “Insurance” and “Life sciences, Biotech & R&D Pharma” departments, Bersay has now acquired a “Fund Structuring” department led by new partner Stéphanie Alexandrino.
Previously head of the fund structuring practice at Mayer Brown’s Paris office, Stéphanie Alexandrino is admitted to the Paris and Luxembourg Bars.
With extensive experience in structuring, creating and marketing alternative investment funds in private equity, real estate, debt and in asset management, Ms. Alexandrino will support the firm’s clients on the full gamut of legal and regulatory issues.
Stéphanie Alexandrino advises French and international fund managers, investment firms and family offices. She also assists institutional investors in the context of their primary and secondary investments and intervenes with the regulators on all types of French and Luxembourg regulatory issues, particularly during restructurings and acquisitions of interests in management companies.
