Bersay advises Antares Vision Spa in the acquisition of the assets of Adents High Tech International

Bersay advised the Italian company Antares Vision Spa, listed on the AIM ITALIA market, on the acquisition of the assets of the French company Adents High Tech International following the latter’s judicial liquidation, pronounced by a judgment of the Commercial Court of Nanterre dated 7 October 2020 and an order issued by the Commercial Court of Nanterre dated 12 November 2020. The final acquisition was announced by Antares Vision Spa to the public on 24 February 2021.
