Robert de Tréglodé
A member of the Paris Bar since January 2022, Simon Robert de Tréglodé is an associate in the firm’s public business law practice.
He practices on the transactional and litigation side of public economic law, with a focus on public structures, public contracts and in the sector of network industries.
Simon graduated from the University of Bordeaux (Master I in General Public Law and Master II in Public Business Law).
Before joining Bersay, Simon practiced public law at a large American international business law firm (Weil Gotshal & Manges) and then at the Administrative Court of Appeal of Paris (6th chamber), as well as in various specialized structures in Paris and Bordeaux, where he worked on matters involving public contracts, public domain land, regulated sectors (telecoms, gaming and railways), State aid, the environment and the civil service.
