Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006, Brice Mathieu is a Partner in the Corporate M&A department. He advises on corporate and mergers & acquisitions matters, including distressed M&A transactions and international projects.

M&A Private Equity

Brice Mathieu mainly advises industrial groups, investment funds—French or foreign—and banking institutions, in particular on their investment transactions, acquisitions or disposals of shares or assets, and complex joint ventures, most often in an international context.

He also has particular expertise in leveraged acquisitions (private equity / LBOs) and fundraising, gained within leading US law firms.

Brice holds a degree from the University of Nancy (Master’s in Business Law) and from the University of Rennes (Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Law).
