Michel
Morgane Michel is an associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency department. She assists her clients in resolving their issues regarding prevention, restructuring, handling difficulties, and litigation.
For almost 10 years, Morgane has been assisting and supporting French and international economic actors in diagnosing and managing their difficulties or those of their partners, mastering both amicable and judicial aspects.
Morgane is a graduate of INSEEC (Master II in Taxation, Business Law, Corporate Control and Management) and the University of Evry (Master II in Mergers, Acquisitions and Financing).
Before joining Bersay in 2024, Morgane worked for PLM Avocats for 9 years, first as a jurist, then as an associate.
In addition to her professional activities, Morgane is a member of the Board of the Association des Jeunes Professionnels du Restructuring (AJR). She is also the Treasurer of Elles & Droit, an independent inter-professional women’s network. She also coaches Master II students at EM Lyon and Lyon III (Master ALED).
