A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2009, Julie Molinié is a partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency department. She assists her clients in resolving their issues regarding prevention, restructuring, handling difficulties, and litigation.

After initial experience within the legal department of Airbus Industries, Julie Molinié later held the position of associate at the Judicial Administrators firm CBF Associés, and then as a lawyer at RACINE, where she actively contributed to the development of the Restructuring department for 15 years, before joining the Bersay firm as a partner.
Julie assists and supports French and international economic actors in diagnosing and managing their difficulties or those of their partners, mastering both amicable and judicial aspects. Additionally, she has developed a recognized practice in business law litigation and insolvency proceedings.
Alongside her professional activities, Julie serves as co-president of the Distressed companies Commission of the Paris Bar. She also teaches courses at EFB Paris, in the track dedicated to businesses in difficulty. Furthermore, she is an active member of several professional associations in the sector, such as the Association for Business Turnaround (ARE), the Association of Young Restructuring Professionals (AJR), and Women in Restructuring (WIR).
Her involvement and expertise make her a reference in the field of restructuring and businesses in difficulty.
Julie Molinié is also the co-founder and a board member of the association Elles & Droit, an independent interprofessional women’s network.
Julie Molinié holds a DESS in Business Law, a Diploma of Corporate Legal Advisor (DJCE), a Certificate in International Trade Law and Taxation, and a Certificate in International Comparative Law.
