Albane Perinet-Marquet is an associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency department. She assists her clients in resolving their issues regarding prevention, restructuring, handling difficulties, and litigation.
Albane assists and supports French and international economic actors in diagnosing and managing their difficulties or those of their partners, mastering both amicable and judicial aspects.
Albane is a graduate of the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master II in Business Law and Master II in Restructuring Techniques for distressed companies).
Prior to joining Bersay, Albane Perinet-Marquet completed several internships with French and international law firms (De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, August & Debouzy, Weil Gotshal & Manges, Willkie Farr & Gallagher) as well as with an insolvency administrator (Abitbol & Rousselet).
