Bogdan Karpenko’s practice is focused on the litigation of business disputes in judicial and arbitral fora, as well as on criminal business law.

Litigation and Arbitration

He counsels French and foreign companies during pre-litigation or litigation, before the French civil and commercial courts or in the context of domestic or international arbitration. He also assists the firm’s clients with their criminal business law matters.

Bogdan is a graduate of Université Paris Nanterre (Bilingual Master in French Law and Foreign Law).

Before joining Bersay, Bogdan completed several internships, notably with Bonifassi Avocats, gaining solid experience in complex and international litigation. As a trainee, he also interned in the mediation department of the Engie group. He then completed his final internship at Bersay, in the Litigation team, before becoming an associate.
