Mathilde Cousteau specializes in business litigation and enforcement.

She advises and assists national and international companies and their managers in their pre-litigation or litigation matters before the civil and commercial courts.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008, she holds an advanced degree (DESS) in business law from the University of Versailles (2005) and she graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (“Sciences Po Paris”), Financial and Strategy section in 2007. 

Before joining Bersay, Mathilde worked for ten years (2008 to 2018) at White & Case Paris, including six months on secondment to White & Case’s Washington D.C. office as part of the team advising a major French bank on a significant cross border investigation launched by U.S, French, and other European regulatory authorities.
