Sophie Höfler specializes in labour and employment law, in relation to both individual and collective matters, in an advisory capacity as well as in litigation.
She graduated from the University of Paris X – Nanterre (Master II Employment law and Human Resources management) and is trained in amicable dispute resolution.
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017.
Before joining Bersay in 2020, Sophie Höfler has worked in several firms, including Teitgen & Viottolo, as well as in EDF’s and Air Liquide’s human resources departments.
