Serhal
Admitted to the Paris and Beirut Bars, Mary Serhal advises financial institutions, banks, debt funds, investment funds and large corporates, on domestic and cross-border transactions.
She has developed a leading expertise in banking and finance, with a particular focus on acquisition finance (including LBOs and public-to-private transactions), corporate finance, equity bridge financing and debt restructuring.
Mary is a graduate of Saint Joseph University of Beirut (Master’s in Law), ESA Business School of Beirut (MBA), and HEC Paris (MSc in International Business Law and Management).
Prior to joining Bersay in February 2022, Mary practiced at Gide (2003-2009) in Paris, Simmons & Simmons (2009-2010) and White & Case (2010-2011) in Doha and Clifford Chance (2012-2022) in Paris.
