Bersay advised the Italian company Antares Vision Spa listed on the AIM Italian market of the Italian Stock Exchange in relation to the acquisition of the assets of the French company Adents High Tech International following its judicial liquidation, pronounced by a judgment of the Commercial Court of Nanterre on October 7, 2020, and an order issued by the Commercial Court of Nanterre on November 12, 2020. The acquisition was announced by Antares Vision Spa to the public on February 24, 2021.

Adents High Tech International is a provider of innovative software solutions capable of identifying every product manufactured in the world in order to ensure global unit traceability and control of distribution channels, reducing the associated risks of counterfeiting.
By acquiring the management of software solutions that follow the entire supply chain, Antares Vision Spa expands its range of solutions and strengthens its R&D department, integrating 17 highly specialized employees.
