Frédéric Flatrès specializes in business litigation. He counsels a number of French and foreign companies in their pre-litigation or litigation, before the Courts or in the frame of any arbitration proceedings, either intern or international. He is also recognized for his expertise in real estate law (sale and purchase of buildings, construction law and commercial leases).
Frédéric Flatrès graduated from the University of Paris I (DEA in English and North American Business Law, DESS in International Trade Law).
He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999.
Before joining Bersay, in 2000, Frédéric Flatrès worked at Lefèvre, Pelletier & Associés law firm before joining the litigation department of the American firm Landwell (previously known as PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
