Public law and environment

Our Public Law Department team advises public entities such as the French state, local authorities, national and local public institutions as well as private entities for public law issues, more particularly those related to the economic life, following a practical and operational approach.

The department assists its clients on matters such as economic regulation, including regulated sectors (network industries, health), public contracts, (public procurement contracts, public-private partnership, public land use, research and development agreements, etc.). Our lawyers are also frequently involved in dealing with induced structural issues, especially regarding national and local public companies (local public companies, local semi-public companies, single-purposed semi-public companies, state-controlled corporations), the creation of local cooperation structures. Finally, they also master European state aid law.
