Backed by an extensive experience in counseling as well as in litigation, the attorneys of the labor and employment law department of Bersay assist companies in their relations with their employees and staff representatives.

  • Individual relations: employment contract; remuneration; dismissals and other methods of termination; settlement agreements; harassment and discriminations; 

  • Criminal offenses: illegal employee leasing; bargaining; concealed work; obstruction to staff representatives’ functioning; breach of safety and hygiene regulations; work injuries;

  • Individual and collective disputes: dismissal, harassment, discrimination, overtime, inexcusable fault, professional elections, URSSAF;

  • Crisis management: partial activity, negotiation of deferral of charges and taxes, reorganization strategies, in collaboration with the tax and restructuring teams.
